Vijay Kapoor (Amitabh Bachchan) is a billionaire executive who owns and runs his company. Ajay (Akshay Kumar) is his offspring who works along side his father. Both seem to be the stubborn, egotistical males who believe they are the best. The main issue is that father believes that experience counts in qualifying a person. Son thinks experience has nothing to do with. He believes it all depends upon the education. Also working along side is the “kiss-up kabob mein haddi damad” Rajesh, who is married to the eldest daughter Preity (Juhi Chawla). Rajesh plays the spark that causes the fire.
