The glittering lights and bright hues of Miami belie the darkness that creeps through the city’s cosmopolitan streets in the form of prostitution, rampant drug dealing and violent crime. But that’s not all; there’s an even more insidious battle raging that has the cops stumped. Money generated by drugs is fueling arms deals that threaten the security of the nation. The only hope is a mysterious hero (Fabio Testi) who rises to the occasion.
