Some militants try to kidnap Anita (Reema Sen) in New Zealand, but Major Kaul (Amrish Puri) and his army foil this attempt. Major Kaul’s son Ajay (Sunny Deol) and Neha (Tabu), who is a teacher by profession, are in love. The same militants kidnap Neha and their leader (Mukesh Rishi) wants Ajay to go to New Zealand and kidnap Anita and give her to them in return for Neha.
